This website copy rewrite transformed informative but so-so text into copy that really addressed this pioneering legal duo’s target market’s concerns at every turn.
Normally, a rewrite of existing copy doesn’t go particularly well. It’s usually talking about the wrong things with little concern for the core reader’s problems.
So, I was fortunate that the guys at Rent Hero had got their content hierarchy in good shape and all the information I needed was present. It just required turning around to be more customer-facing and incisive, arousing curiosity and encouraging people to read more.
In addition to the Home page, I reworked two further information pages to help English-speaking tenants in Copenhagen understand how they don’t need to put up with exploitative rent rates and costs from landlords.
This led to a commission for a printed letter posted to residents in blocks where they have already helped one tenant get a better deal.
