This brochure is comparatively simple compared to those for larger developments or more exclusive projects. Simply summarising the amenities and attractions of nearby towns, it then moves into thoughtful descriptions of each home to add to the feeling of character within the collection.
It was important here to emphasise the sense of place, and how residents would feel within this unique small community, away from busy streets, yet with neighbours on your doorstep.
