When your prospects need to see the real story and proof, not just promises.
You can spend a lot of time and page space claiming results and expertise. But a case study can really show it. It will walk prospects through the challenge, the thinking behind your approach and the outcome that followed, and show them how you could solve their problem, too.
Seeing how another customer or client has benefitted from your service is a huge trust factor. And, when structured well, a case study takes readers on a journey that allows them to see themselves in the story and buy into your brand.
I’ll create content that strikes the balance between details, opinion and narrative so the story never loses momentum. Ultimately, case studies aren’t about the past. They’re about helping someone decide their future.
A strong case study serves you in three ways:
- Demonstrates tangible, first-hand, real-world results
- Builds credibility and trust through structured storytelling
- Helps prospects see themselves in the frame, working with you
You’ll get:
- Structured narratives that emphasise problem–process–outcome
- Clear highlighting of measurable results where available
- A thorough research process, with client interviews if possible
- An asset you can use for web, PDF, printables and sales decks
A case study is hard evidence of trust and expertise that can win over hesitant prospects.

A lot begins with an A4 Session
This is a half-day session that helps us get clear on your positioning, core messaging, what makes your business unique and what you want your website to do. Some clients have gone away with a changed view on their business and priorities. One client enjoyed the process so much, she came back six months later to do it again!
I always ask ‘idiot questions’ before starting a web project, but an A4 Session can be a lightbulb moment that drives everything that gets written.
